Common questions.

Can it answer questions about certifications we don't hold?
No. If nothing in your approved material supports an answer, the engine drafts nothing and sends the question to your reviewer. It drafts only from what you've documented, and every answer is approved by a person before it's sent.
What about answers that have gone out of date?
Answers resting on older sources are flagged so your reviewer takes a fresh look before approving them.
Do our security answers leave our environment?
Not by default. The engine and its AI model run in your own cloud account. If you choose to connect an AI model provider you already contract with, each question and its approved material go to that provider, with your written approval.
Can we show our customers how each answer was approved?
Yes. Every approval is recorded with the reviewer's name and date, and you can export that record.
